Michael D. Nicastro

During his 14 year tenure at Open Solutions, Michael served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer through their rapid growth. Mike spent 10 years with National Cash Register (NCR), as the National Product Manager of Platform/Branch Automation. While there, Mr. Nicastro was one of 15 employees worldwide to win the "Chairman's Customer Satisfaction Award". Mr. Nicastro spent the nine years prior to NCR working in the banking industry with Connecticut based Bristol Savings Bank, as well as New York based Citicorp.
David Audibert
Managing Director, Investments Connecticut Innovations
Dave is responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, leading CI investments in entrepreneurial high-tech ventures and advising portfolio companies. He has board seats on Continuity Control, Inc. and on SchoolChapters. Dave has extensive experience in high-growth and venture-backed companies in the healthcare services and healthcare IT spaces. He was chief financial officer of Origin Healthcare Solutions, he held a similar position at Cardium Health Services, and executed a successful exit to Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC). In addition, Dave co-founded venture-backed companies including Human eSources and Clinical Disability Management. Dave is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and a master of business administration degree from the University of New Haven.
Carl Blandino
Chief Financial Officer, Diligent Board Member Services, Inc.
Carl has been Chief Financial Officer of Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. since May 2013. He has many years of financial, operating and public accounting experience at several private and public high technology and software companies. He also spent over 10 years in public accounting in various management positions with Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte Haskins & Sells, both international public accounting firms. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Blandino received a BS degree in Finance & Accounting from Robert Morris College. He has been a board member at Continuity Control since July of 2012.
Andy Greenawalt

Prior to Continuity Control, Andy founded and was the CTO of Perimeter eSecurity. Perimeter eSecurity pioneered the Security as a Service industry has been one of the fastest growing companies in the country with over a dozen awards to its credit. While at Perimeter, Andy also served on the board of directors. Andy is currently the President of Gnostic Ventures, a company that advises on security investments, speaks on SAAS and the creation of value, and invests in SAAS companies.
